ID Construction group has meticulously designed and built this one and only NW Contemporary. Triple pane windows, radiant in floor heating, Carrera marble countertops, subway tiled pantry, and walk in closets as well as laundry room. The list goes on at infinitum. Every color was skillfully picked and every window placed to accentuate the feel of the house once you open the front door. The reclaimed wood shelving was transported from Alaska in 1941, to build a famous house in Montlake.
